Can functional connectivity analysis using Graph Theory (Hub-ness, clustering coefficient, etc) be applied to study cognitive processes? I felt most of the analysis to study the brain after physiological changes.
Dear Nadarasar, theoretically it should be possible, but, in complicated sensorial-cognitive processes, we lack almost all knowledge about the content of cognitive cues and the way they are hierarchically validated, selected and integrated into the studied cognitive behaviour. It is important to build a physiological (f-MRI) model of the sensorial-cognitive behaviour.
