If oxygen and Carbone are light elements and can't quantified by XRF analysis, which technique can give me the Carbone and the oxygen percentage in a raw dolomite.
I suspect that wavelength dispersive vacuum XRF would measure the large concentrations of C and O in dolomite. If not then EDAX should.
