The short answer is No. However, Since the virus is an enveloped virus, you may deactivate it with high heat during the processing. You need to use the food only for fishes in which WSSV does not have any effects and only in the areas where WSSV is already prevalent. I strongly suggest not to use this food in non-WSSV affected areas. Goodluck
Extrusion cooking is one method which is operated at 150 degree and at very high pressure which can theoretical kill the virus but there are many reports from South east Asian countries where the infected shrimp was used in feed formulation and the result was even more problematic.
So, this is always better to discard those infected shrimp instead of using them in feed formulation for a better biosecurity.
