I advise that at the wavelength you are interested in, determine the absorbance value, if it is very high (much greater than 1 or so), those readings are not very reliable, also, too small reading is not very reliable either, also, check validity of Lambert-Beers law at that wavelength by Abs vs conc. data analysis, if these two criteria are satisfied there may not be problem with your collected data using quartz cuvette as such.

The absorbance intesity is0.2..but i am getting some noise around 900-1000nm

If it's just noisy, have you already tried to reduce that by increasing the dwell time or the accumulations so you see whether those are actual noise or features?

In that case I'd say go ahead (but accumulate long enough).
