I am doing a reaction between Bisphenol A (BPA) and NaOH to produce disodium salt of BPA. Firstly I use Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) as an organic solvent to dissolve the BPA and then add 50% solution of NaOH to complete the reaction and obtain the disodium salt of BPA.

Could you please let me know whether I can use HPLC for the below mentioned compounds?

1- Measuring the amount of Bisphenol A (BPA) which is dissolved in Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) as an organic solvent.

2- Measuring the amount of Disodium salt of BPA which is in present in DMSO as the organic solvent.
