My further confusion and concern is regarding the testing methodology for analysis purpose.
For your reference, Dependent variable of my study includes these 3 question:
1. Salary (Annual) :1 = less than 5 lakhs; 2= 5-10 lakhs; 3= 10-15 lakhs; 4= 15-20 lakhs; 5= 20-25 lakhs; 6= 25-30 lakhs; 7= 30-35 lakhs; 8= 35-40 lakhs; 9= 40-45 lakhs; 10 = more than 50 lakhs 2.Managerial Level: 1=non supervisor/non manager; 2= first-level supervisor; 3= lower manager; 4= middle manager; 5= senior manager; 6= executive; 7= senior executive/divisional head; 8= CEO 3.Number of managerial positions achieved : 1= none; 2= 1 to 3; 3= 4 to 6; 4= 6 to 8, 5= 9 or more.
All of my Independent Variables are measured on 5 point Likert scale. Please suggest the appropriate methodology in order to examine the impact.

You might consider using ordinal regression, as all of your variables appear to be of ordinal strength.

The phrase "hierarchical regression" gets defined in many ways. Please say what you are referring to.
Can you give us an idea what your independent variables are? What you have described as your three dependent variables all are traditional predictors of attitudes etc.
