Can we say " All biocatalysts are enymes"?

Or is it better to say "Enzymes are the most important class of biocatalysts"?

The first version is right, because "enzymes", "ferments" and "biocatalists" are synonyms. Moreover, there is a "zyme" used as well. Check it in any dictionary on-line. Kind regards!
