We are research group involved in Peptide / Protein based research.
We are looking to Cut / Fragment a 109 amino acids peptide in particular position, also we are looking to focus in this research area.
Protein fragmentation done by some peoples earlier, but i am expecting peptide bond breaking in targeted position.
Looking experts to give me suggestions even simple tip also please share it here, so we may get some points.

There are proteases that cleave at specific amino acids, or at specific sequences of amino acids. For example, trypsin cleaves C-terminal to Lys and Arg, chymotrypsin cleaves C-terminal to residues with aromatic side chains (Phe, Tyr, Trp), and GluC protease cleaves C-terminal to Glu. Cyanogen bromide can be used to cleave only at methionine residues. I am not aware of any method to cleave a peptide of arbitrary sequence at a specific residue. The peptide would have to be designed to include a cleavable residue or sequence of residues at the desired point and only that point.
