I am researching on a sealant in which we want partial vulcanization of Butyl Rubber at room temperature or low temperature(40 to 90 deg Celsius).
We want to do this to improve mechanical strength of Butyl Rubber Sealant at elevated temperature(40 to 90 Deg Celsius).
The purpose of doing this at elevated temperature(40 to 90 Deg Celsius) our sealant becomes very soft. We want to retain its hardness at 40 to 90 Deg Celsius

Please try ultra fast acclerators along with sulphur as curing agent
Any thermal Stabilizers hill help in Improving the heat resistance of Butyl rubber sealant in uncured state. If yes .. Please let us know
