Hai friends

I am very much interested about enzymes, and i am working on cellulases, which are help full in converting the plant wastes in to fermentable items but i am getting only 50% conversion only so that i want to improve the rate of conversion and i believe that chemical catalyst can do that with out any destruction so thought that if we create chemical which mimic cellulase enzyme we can get better results. please give me some suggestions....
