what factors are needed in Watershed Erosion Response Model to prepare the Integrated Watershed Prioritization Index. Also, can we integrate Soil erosion rate (RUSLE raster) with the groundwater infiltration zone (raster file) to predict the Watershed prioritization for soil and water conservation.
They can be integrated using Model Builder or Raster Calculator in ArcGIS. But these two processes has to be carefully thought through before just integrating. Soil loss from RUSLE is water quality related and GW infiltration is water quality related. Thus, integration requires assumption on how much weight you place on each. They may also be correlated. I recommend prioritizing based on USLE and then on a second stage present the values for different infiltration zones using Zonal statistics in GIS. One another aspect is the the soil loss, transfer, and deposition are important in watersheds. You can use flow accumulation to see the accumulation rates and use prioritization considering this spatial dynamics and also the travel time. Hope this helps.
Actually, it can be done by using model builder it is a great idea when you match the soil erosion rate with soil permeability.
