There are some portable Laptop type ultrasounds especially with lower cost produced in Chinese trade websites.  One suggestion:

Every laptop screen may not be compatible with the resolution provided by the external probes, and if you don't like the results, there will be plenty of money spoilt. 4 D imaging requires extensive digital processing which may cause heating of laptops, if not specifically designed for this purpose.  

As far as I understand you want a versatile portable system that could be used by many specialties at the same time. Although rather expensive, I would suggest you thinking of buying a complete 4D system from a well known company which can provide after sales support.  Trying to work with peripheral systems for a regular laptop can be waste of time and money.
