Hi all,

I will be using melanoma NCI-60 cells: SK-MEL-2: UACC-62; and MDA-MB-435, but will consider to grow and maintain it in 5% O2 instead of atmospheric oxygen.

will RPMI medium be suitable to use for growing cells under such conditions?
