In India, Electronic Resources in Medicine (ERMED-India) Consortium, An initiative of Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MOH & FW) Government of India and managed by National Medical Library (NML), New Delhi provide free access to all government and govt aided colleges and institutions, but not covered private medical colleges.

Therefore, there is need to form a consortium for private medical college libraries to take benefit of consortium... or workout with NML for jointly form consortium and provide access to private medical college also.
