The process of miniaturization of electronic components and circuits according to Moore's Law has led us to Landauer's Formula, Sharvin resistance and quantum transport of carriers. Whole FETs have been fabricated a few atoms across using graphene and CNTs as channels. What about a possible nano-inductor, maybe based on ferromagnetic materials characterized on CNTs, or using the Aharonov-Bohm effect to store magnetic energy? Is there a feasible nanoscale oscillator circuit that we can fabricate? Will it be a replacement to analog ones?
