How can we measure the economic effectiveness and efficiency of sanctions?
Which methods seem to have the least downsides and most benefits in terms of their relevance and accuracy?
Is it possible to measure economic efficiency and effectiveness when we do not know economic goals of sanctions?
I would appreciate your comments and maybe some relevant literature to explore this topic
