You can dowload this free french software from University of Avignon:

It's originally in French. After you install, you can go to the languages on the menu and switch it to English...

Piper diagram is a trilinear diagram. The trilinear diagrams can be drawn in microsoft excel creating macros. For guidance see the attached paper.

Many softwares are available for the construction of Piper and Durov diagrams like Aquachem, PLOTCHEM,  HydroOffice, EnviroInsite, AqQA etc.

You can download the free software - GW_Chart (USGS) to construct Piper diagrams (link given below).

Piper diagram can't draw with excel

You can create Piper, Durov, and Schoeller Plots in Grapher (Golden Software Grapher) with sample data excel sheet, as described in the link below;
