Hi all,

I have been looking for a method that can differentiate between mono- multi- and polyubiquitinated molecules of a protein and found out that almost all researchers do it depending on the molecular weight on Western blot, usually after immunoprecipitation. This might work for mono- vs. poly- but not for multi vs. polyubiquitinated . Any other more specific suggestions? Are there any kit in the market that can be helpful?
