Can the sedimentation profile of a sucrose density gradient tell the percentage of one protein form compared to another form in one protein sample?

Like the percentage of G4 which represents a certain sedimentation coefficient in the sedimentation profile?

The relevant integrated areas under each peak indicate the ratio of the different proteins present. However multimeric proteins such as pure haemoglobin can produce multiple peaks as a result of subunit dissociation. The peaks produced depend on the equilibria of the associations.
