The authors look for possible perspectives of such an introduction. But on my oppinion, A) it's obviously that any forces in the alive media (except gravitation) have electromagnetic nature; B) such a detalization is justified only for the problems of field-particle interaction, like Quantum chemistry, Moleculare dynamics, Radiation impacts and so on. To spread EMF-problems over diseases, organs or cells one needs to have related observable effects.

The short answer is yes, it not only can, it does. But "electromagnetic nature" is an enormously broad term, since EM radiation has molecular and atomic influence in all regions of the EM spectrum. Infrared pertains to molecular vibrations, so movement of nuclei. Visible and UV pertains to electronic structure, mostly pi electrons exciting or relaxing. Some enzymes operate by absorbing visible light and converting it into a reaction process (photolyase, for example). High UV and gamma pertain to sigma bonds. Microwave pertains to molecular rotations. As chemists or theorists, whether we are studying simple molecules or biological molecules, it is the changes in energy that are often the most illuminating of processes, and these changes can and do take place in many regions of the EM spectrum, and we use these regions to probe the various properties we are interested in. So yes, influences from EM certainly does add to our understanding, and has for many years. But perhaps you were not referring to molecular physical chemistry, rather something else. Hope this helps!

I think it's just misunderstanding. I ment that any forces (except gravitational and nuclea and week) may be reduce to electromagnetic one. The exchange interaction in Ouantum physics is a hidden fenomena which appears due to an approximate reduction of the many particle problem to a set of quasi-particle equations. This is not an observable force, I think.

Perhaps, I ask my question in not clear way. Please, look at the attached link "Field Nature of Life" and my comment under the question. I asked is it right to mix electromagnetic field into the processes without any direct electromagnetic interaction.
There are a lot of physical lows describing the field-matter interaction (by the way, you have listed a lot of them). But there is not anyone of direct electromagnetic effect on diseases, organs, tissues or cells. This approach only confuses the issue. Therefore, yours another thesis “enzymes operate by absorbing visible light and converting it into a reaction process” strictly is not right – it looks like a medical (biophysical) jargon.
