Can the Pore Density, pore size and surface charge density of the mambranes bansed on 2D nanomaterilas be estimated?

I want to prepare heterostructure membranes bansed on assembly of 2D and 1D nanomaterials, and want to estimate the Pore Density, pore size and surface charge density of them to further analyze the structure. Is there any method to estimate them?
