Can the input energy of the SR plate ions in SRIM be less than 10Kev?

Hello, everyone. When I want to obtain the stop-range table of ions using the SR plate in SRIM, the minimum value of the ion energy I input is 0Kev, but the generated table shows a minimum energy of 10Kev. May I ask if SRIM defaults to a minimum ion energy of 10Kev? If not, how can the ionic energy of the generated table start from 0Kev?
