White holes cannot exist. They are a gross misinterpretation of an incorrect model of black holes. And even if they could exist, they have nothing to do with tachyons, and tachyons have nothing to do with dreams, let alone conscious dreams. So there is no realistic answer to your question.
If tachyons exist, they do not move at the speed of light, but faster than light; that's the definition of a tachyon. However, even if white holes existed (though they do not and cannot), there is no reason to believe that they would emit tachyons, as opposed to perfectly ordinary forms of mass and energy.
As far as carrying information from the distant past, that's what all the light we see coming from distant objects does. We are seeing the objects that emitted the light as they were when the light left them, and if they are far away, then we are seeing them as they were in the distant past. You don't need tachyons to see the past. The past is all you ever see. For nearby objects, it's the recent past; and for distant objects, it's the distant past.
As far as your criticism of my answer, if what you wanted was a critique of your own original theory, you should have stated that. I gave you a perfectly reasonable answer to the question you actually asked. However, I do not give critiques of original theories; that's a job for people who are recognized as authorities in the field, and are willing to do peer reviews for journals. If you want such a critique, you need to make that clear in your question, or no one will give you the kind of answer you are seeking.

Since that black hole appears to us in the distant past, and its information had traveled to us at the speed of light, then its corresponding white hole, if exist, should emit faster than light particles.
The theory that proposed white holes did not actually do that. It proposed that black holes might have two entrances. That statement was mistakenly interpreted as meaning that you could go in one side and come out the other, which would have been a "white hole". But in the first place that theory was an oversimplified and therefore erroneous one, and current theories only have one entrance. In addition, even if the original theory had been correct, anything that went in one side and somehow bypassed the singularity would not have come out the other side; instead, it would have turned around and run into the singularity from the opposite direction, because both "sides" were, as stated above, ENTRANCES, NOT EXITS.
Finally, even if all current theory about black holes is wrong, although space-time can collapse toward the singularity at faster-than-light speed, objects moving through that space-time cannot. So particles that can pass through a black hole would not travel faster than light once they leave the interior of the black hole, even if they could leave it (which, as already pointed out, they cannot). So tachyons cannot be generated by black holes (in fact, although tachyons are theoretically proposed particles, there is no known way to create them, and none have ever been observed, despite numerous efforts to find them, so whether they are actually possible particles is extremely unlikely).
