Especially in the VIE contracts, a serise of contracts were signed. However, the parties did not sign all contacts about the VIE. One party arbitrate under multi-contract arbitration rule to bring all contracts into one arbitration when satisfying all requisites of the rule. Then, a question rise that party use such rule bring the other cntracts that respondent did not sign into the arbitration.
