It is a NiTi alloy sample. why are there 12 spots in the picture of TEM with selected area electron diffraction?

How did you process the material? It seems to me that local texture resulted that SAED pattern.
Also, what SAD aperture size did you use? Sometimes a large aperture may lead to such observations.

@Ahmad Zafari, Thank you for your answer. Mechanical grinding and electric double jet was used to process the cold rolling NiTi alloy sample for TEM. SAED aperture size is 200nm.

According to diffraction pattern, I estimate that your structure is composed of nanocrystals. Probably you used recrystallization afer cold working of your NiTi. The consequent question is, why the rings on diffraction pattern are not complete and exhibit 12 spots?
As I am right, structure of NiTi can goes to amorphous state after cold working. Using recrystallization heat treatment, in dependence of temperature, you can get mixture of nanocrystals and rest of amorphous phase in structure.
