Being in Gwalior, the nearest is IIT, Indore. Like wise all the 16 functioning IITs of the nation having SAIF/SIC features single crystal XRD data collection facility and they charge only nominal data collection fee. Apart from that to my Knowledge in south india IICT-Hyderabad, IISc-Bangalore, University of Madras Guindy Campus-Chennai, Pondycherry Universtiy-Pondycherry are also having the XRD facility. Being near is not a criteria to get your data collected at the earliest.
You can contact with professor Parthasarathi Dastidar, Department of Organic Chemistry, Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Jadavpur, Kolkata. He will collect the data by free of cost, but if you want the structure to be solved then collaboration required and you have to give co-authorship on the paper. In this regards I can help you if you contact.
CDRI, Lucknow, Punjab University, Chandigarh, IIT, Delhi, IIT Kanpur are some of the places. Also, there are some private agencies in Bhopal who do this, but, at a little higher cost per sample.
