Amorphous Si cells often have voltage-dependent current collection because current collection in a p-i-n cell is by drift, not diffusion. There's some good papers by SS Hegedus.

In Spice, a good first approximation would be to replace the constant current source with a current source whose current decreases linearly as voltage increases. I don't know if that circuit element exists though.
