Can someone suggest some robust methods for citric acid estimation. I know their are kits available in the market but they are too expensive.
One of the method where Acetic anhydride is used, but it is banned and not available.
What is the detection limit for Titration based methods?

Check the AOAC (Association of Official Analytical Chemists). As I recall they had a UV method for Citrate.
