We use an Agilent Micro GC. You would need to get a cost quote from them, but the price is on the order of $15K. US. You must consider also the cost of conditioning the gas because you can't go ahead and put dirty gas in the analyzer.
I think you can find these type of multigas monitors with datalogging for under $5K and certainly under $10K using electrochemical sensors and NDIR. if you tell me what display range do you need for each of these 4 gases, and in what range of temp and humidity, i'll try to give you a recommendation
Albert H Donnay I am currently looking for an analysis system for syngas analysis as well, since the MS system prove to be unsuitable for this analysis (due to high pressure at high H2 concentrations and overlapping of N2/CO/CO2 at m/z peaks). Is a syngas analyzer as reliable as a μGC for this analysis? For example, for a display range of H2=0-60%, CO=0-20%, CO2=20-40% and O2=0-5%, what syngas analyzer would you recommend? (analyze production gas mixture during co-electrolysis process).
