Hi,
Can someone suggest a material or coating for microfluidic devices to which cells will not bind? I am currently using PDMS so perhaps something with which I can coat or treat the surface so that they will not bind? Or else an entirely different material which is easily implemented in microfluidic fabrication.

Typically 4% BSA solutions can be used to coat the channels and will prevent any cell adhesion.

Do you think then that it is not wise to try a microfluidic cell culture experiment which will last 10 weeks because of fouling?
