DVs: Anger, Anxiety, and Depression

IVs:

- between-subject IVs: gender and group (Experimental group/Control group)

- within-subject IV: Time (Pre-and Post-intervention)

Yes, the General Linear Model/Multivariate option allows for bootstrap estimates. However, SPSS has been very slow to embed bootstrap options for within-subjects factors. If your design includes one or more such factors, you'd fare better with R libraries.
