I am doing a project regarding social network analysis so I need some dataset to work on. I found the SNAP FB ego dataset. Since I have MATLAB 2015 version, I could not load that dataset as a mat file. It would be helpful if some could share the matfile of the dataset who are using the latest version of MATLAB.

I used the script from (https://blogs.mathworks.com/loren/2016/02/03/visualizing-facebook-networks-with-matlab/) to load the data, I had to modify the feature name table header. The script assumes 2 columns ID, Desc but the data contains another column at the end with IDs the description in https://snap.stanford.edu/data/egonets-Facebook.html does not tell which ID to use I put them as Id and Id2 in the cell array.
Thank you Haidar for your response. Can you please tell me what each line of edge mean? does it mean "from_node to_node"?
Yes the edge is a connection from a node to another node
according to the readMe file :

"nodeId.edges : The edges in the ego network for the node 'nodeId'. Edges are undirected for facebook, and directed (a follows b) for twitter and gplus. The 'ego' node does not appear, but it is assumed that they follow every node id that appears in this file."
