Can someone recommend me protocols for surface sterilisation of Lindenbergia philippensis seeds?

Hi! I have had a few unsuccessful attempts at sterilising some Lindenbergia philippensis seeds. I tried searching in the literature but am not having much success. Does anyone have a protocol they can recommend?

It is a common practice to have clean seeds by soaking them into a solution of chlorine, One part chlorine to 16 Part water ,by volume,1for 10 minutes then wash with water carefully. Regards.
