I am looking for a vector expressing luciferase downstream the 3'UTR region of human CCNG2 or GSK3-beta mRNA sequence (already constructed) to assess whether my miRNA of interest is targeting the 3'UTR region and subsequently identify whether the miRNA was reduced in our miRNA knockdown studies.
