If you must have a CPT, the Gordon Diagnostic System has norms for Children this young (age 4-6). The machine can be rented, as purchase is not cheap. http://www.gsi-add.com/gordondiagnosticsystem.htm. The psychometrics make scores less trustworthy with this age group, so the author uses use cut scores for ranges of risk. Personally, I'd move toward a selective attention and response inhibition tasks to get similar results (e.g., NEPSY-II).
