My hypothesis is as follows:When individuals are in an organizational setting that is diverse and have a unique characteristic that is readily apparent, individuals tend to conform or put on a façade of conformity so as to feel included.   This research is being conducted in a workplace and is done with reference to expats. In a global company, at any point there are several expatriates in any office. These expats feel a cultural shock when they come to their new destination for work purposes like they need to conform to the practices of the host country so as to feel included.
