I need to assess the general inteliigence (IQ) of one of my clients she is a 16 yr old in class 10th. We suspect that there is definitely some level of cognitive delay or learning issue.
I do not have any test at hand to conduct, it shall be really good if someone can send a suitable IQ test e.g. MISIC, WISC etc.

It is not possible/legal to send you a copy of WISC or similar tests. In your position i think you should assemble a small battery of neuropsychological tests depending on the "delay" of the patient, they can be found online (verbal fluency, stroop, number recall, trail making test) and will provide you information about the cognitive performance and the cognitive domain that is affected, the problem is that they will not give you an IQ "number" so if you need that it is better to canalize the case to someone that has the tests.

Rightly assessed my predicament Jorge. That is what I shall be doing, prepare my an set of tests based on my findings of the child, and assess accordingly.
I am in the process of buying the test as I do have prior training but not the physical test with me.
