I have done reduction of o-nitroaniline from using gold catalyst I want to do %conversion of product that is 1, 2 benzenediamine. Can someone please let me know by using chromatographic technique how we can determine % conversion.

you can do flash silica column chromatography but before that you have to neutralize column using ammonium hydroxide otherwise you can't elute your product.
you can also determine % of conversion from NMR of reaction mixture, which will be the more easier way.
I would think this would be an easy reversed-phase HPLC assay provided you had standards for both the substrate and the product. Both compounds should be easily separated on a modern C18 column with acetonitrile and perhaps an ion-pairing reagent. Both compounds have good UV absorbance. Create calibration curves for each, analyze the starting material and after reaction you can quantify the disappearence of substrate and more importantly the appearence of product.
