I've been trying to assess the efficacy of a drug that I've purified in mouse model. I've induced mammary tumors in balb/c mice and treated them with my drug. I've harvested the tumors, and other organs like the lungs and the liver to study drug toxicity. Initial results show a good degree of tumor regression, as well as improvement in the blood and serum biochemical parameters in the treated mice compared to untreated control.

In silico admet studies predicted no toxicity of my drug, but I wanted to validate that in vivo. So I made histological slides and taken pictures, but I'm not being able to interpret the data. Thus my question is, acn someone who is adept with cancer tissue histology help me out with what kind of tissue damage to look for in the histological slides of the liver of untreated and treated mice based on their own experiene and findings? It would be a lot of help. Thanks in advance!
