In my Master's research, I am trying to make TIPS Pentacene bottom gate bottom contact organic thin film transistor with cross-linked PVP (~ 60 nm) as gate dielectric and silver nanoparticles as S/D and gate electrodes.

1-the gate electrode is printed using SonoPlot MicroplotterII and dried for 10 min in 150C.

2-PVP is dissolved in PGMEA and PMF as a cross-linker and spin coated at 2500 rpm for 30 sec, then cross-linked at 150C for 2 hours.

3-S/D electrodes are printed just like the gate.

4-Tips-Pentacene is dissolved in toluene and spin coated at 2000 rpm for 30 sec, then dried for 10 min at 150C.

--the electrical characterization is done using Cascade Microtech probe station connected to Keithley 4200-SCS semiconductor analyzer, and I got the results attached (transfer and output characteristics).

Why am i getting these WEIRD results ? is it from fab or characterization process? how can i overcome this and get the proper graphs?

Thank you all, have a good day.
