can someone help me to figure out the calculation for black carbon that was detect by Smoke Stain Reflectometer on filter paper?

i was collect PM2.5 using quartz filter paper. Then, i need to determine the black carbon concentration from the reflectivity. after i calculate the absorption coefficient (a),what i should do after that?

a= (A/2V) X ln(Rf/Ro)
