in  tools like clementine there are ways to query different data formats. You can try if your university has acess

i do have Tab separated file,And i want it to convert in XML file...I didn't find Clementine as a good option because this conversion is a small part of my project.

Look at the file i have attached and provide me solution if you are aware about.

I have attached a link Java code that will convert your input to the desired XML format.

A the converted result file of your sample dataset2 file.

Please be noted that your desired XML format violates the rule that an XML file should only have one root element. I did the conversion as you asked. But I would strongly advise you to add a single root element to hold the transactions. Something like would be suitable, I think.

Every Single line in dataset2.txt file is transaction say 001,002....,n

and every value that is 123 separated via tab is an item..

123 should be tagged within

i.e.

123

There are numbers of transactions with different transaction id we are generating for.

so..one single root there can be is
