Be careful with FE calculations for bite force... make sure the method used to calculate the muscle forces is appropriate (e.g. PCSA) otherwise you will be getting bite forces that vary widely and are unreliable.
For example, check out this paper by Taylor and Vinyard (2013) where they compare primate bite force using PCSA to bite force predicted from FEA, where bite force is calculated using scaled muscle forces
I can only agree with Michael: FE calculations are no reliable source on bite forces. Actually, I would use experimental bite force measurements for validating results from a FE analysis.
Why do you not try to contact Gertrud Rößner (Bayerische Staatssammlung München). I am sure that she can help you with literature.
While there may not be exactly the data you are looking for, the Feeding Experiments End-User Database (FEED) may have some information that would provide the basis for a first approximation "one-off" calculation.
