Can someone guide me on how to determine the concentration of silver nanaparticles for antibacterial applications?

I want to synthesize silver nanoparticles using plant extracts. I have seen articles were certain volumes (in microlitres) were added to the agar well and then serial dilution in some cases. In some other cases, a given volume is centrifuged and the pellets is weighed to know the weight of bigger volume. Is there other/better ways?
