In general, the ACM and IEEE credible Computer Science Journal have tradition of quality and rigor. There are many new Journals in Computer Science and other filed of studies nowadays. With large number of Journals it is not always easy to give proper assessment of quality and rigor. There are many academic institutions all over the world driven by rather commercial that academic model, require their Faculty to publish almost at any cost, while paying for their publications quite a large amount of money up to 3.000,- Euros per paper, just to make sure that paper is published and indexed. Plus, some authors add their name almost on any paper with any subject which may be completely out of their area of expertise, just to increase their number of publications and index. Many of this kind of papers are never read by others and remain just archived subjects. Hopefully, the scholastic community worldwide will find the proper way to academic rigor and quality that is essential for future generation of scholars, scientists, engineers, businessmen and decision makers.
And people who normally add their names without contributing are supervisors who take advantage of student-supervisor relationships. When you don`t complain you are a good student, otherwise, you are a trouble maker!
