Can someone elaborate the steps to model a viscoelastic element in Abaqus

I m new to abaqus,nd i don't have any idea where to look for.

Read the Getting Started manual for general info on how to define the material.. Then use the examples problem manual to find a model that uses the material law you are interested in. Examples can also be found in the benchmark and verification manuals.
