The OBQ uses polytomous response formats, i.e., more than two answer choices. Therefore, Rasch is not likely appropriate. You might want to start with a generalized partial credit model (GPCM) or maybe generalized rating model (GRM). One of the most important steps in IRT is choosing the right model that fits your data. Next, you need to know whether all items have equal weighting, very unlikely. If not, you want an unconstrained model that will allow you to see how well each item contributes to assessing the latent trait. THere are several books that can help guide you through this, but you might want to start with google, and find a few basic outlines to get you started.
