I have completed a quantitative descriptive research project on Leadership within a specific organization and have the data I need for the project. However, this is the first time I have used a survey to gather a large participant group's information (demographic and Likert scale). The first part of the survey is demographic, and the second part of the survey is broken into two parts. The first part of the Likert scale are statements that, using a key, determine one of five leadership styles as dominant for each participant. The second part of the Likert scale determines which specific model (two models being compared) of one of the leadership style chosen for the research as most dominant.

I have four research questions which must be answered and hypotheses which must be accepted or rejected.

I am having difficulty determining which analyses (i.e., Pearson's R, paired t-test, Chi-squared, etc.) that I should conduct to complete the research and validate the results for generalizability. Can someone who has experience in this area help me make those determinations?

Thank you!
