I am analysing TA systems in bacterial genomes, and quite a few of them. TADB website (https://bioinfo-mml.sjtu.edu.cn/TADB3/download.php) says that we can write to Hong-Yu OU to get the python based local version. I have mailed him and there is no response in long time. Can someone provide me the TAfinder2_linux.tar.gz file, if you already have it downloaded? Thanks in advance.
