Please assist with the viscosity calculation of the magma. I went through the paper of Giordana et al 2008, see the link below: https://www.geo.umass.edu/petrology/Giordano%20et%20al_EPSL_2008_visc.pdf
The paper really describes something very much similar to what I would like to do, however, we do have fluorine in the calculations. I wanted to find out where is this fluorine coming from and how to calculate it if required, the paper indicates that Fluorine is treated as mol% F2O−1 (Giordano et al., 2004b). I also attached an article in question.
Your assistance will be highly appreciated, I also attached the calculation software on a spreadsheet so that those who are able to assist could have a look.
